Staff Retreat Facilitation: We facilitated a Staff Retreat Day for Mobilize the Vote, helping the team develop shared priorities, create actionable plans, and brainstorm new ideas, all while channeling their energy and building momentum toward upcoming elections.

H.O.P.E. Campus, The Centers

Project Management: Helped build the foundational structure, narrative, and trauma-informed framework for the newly created H.O.P.E. Campus, ensuring the program launched with a clear identity and a consistent, healing-centered approach. This included developing a comprehensive Youth Handbook and Standard Operating Procedure Manual, along with detailed job descriptions, operational workflows, partnership engagement strategies, and staffing schedules, creating a solid infrastructure for the campus to operate smoothly from day one.

Trauma-informed Change Management Trainings: Delivered targeted training for residential staff and leadership focused on trauma-informed care principles and effective change management practices. These sessions equipped the team with practical tools to support youth through a healing-centered lens while navigating organizational change with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

LGBTQ+ Community Center of Greater Cleveland

Professional Training: Delivered customized training sessions designed to build staff capacity in key leadership and management areas, including supervisory training, effective communication and feedback, trauma-informed supervision, core leadership skills, conflict resolution, and mediation. Each session was tailored to the Center's specific needs, ensuring the team walked away with practical, applicable tools they could put to use immediately.

Fund Development Coaching: Provided hands-on guidance to strengthen YOU's overall fundraising strategy, with a focus on individual donor cultivation, event planning, and troubleshooting challenges as they arose. This collaborative coaching helped build the new Fund Development Director’s confidence to grow and diversify their fundraising efforts.
